jjl3 Terms & Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jjl3 — whether through the website at jjl3.vu, the mobile app, or any other platform access point — you enter into a binding agreement with jjl3 under the terms set out in this document. This agreement takes effect the moment you create an account or use any part of the platform, whichever comes first.

jjl3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with jjl3, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play.
• You have not previously had a jjl3 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jjl3 employee involved in platform operations.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. jjl3 may request identity documents at any time to verify that these eligibility conditions are met. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jjl3 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed. KYC is also required when account activity triggers internal review thresholds. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address issued in the Philippines.

Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents to pass verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits and Payments

All jjl3 accounts operate exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and bank transfer via PESONet. The full list of accepted methods and applicable minimum amounts is set out on the Deposit page.

Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jjl3 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment source if a third-party deposit is identified, and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method. jjl3 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or e-wallet services.

Prohibited Payment Methods

The following are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming or betting purposes on jjl3: credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency or any form of digital token. This list may be updated from time to time and the current accepted methods are always listed on the Deposit page.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed after your KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. jjl3 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal at its discretion.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are set out in the account area and may change from time to time. jjl3 is not liable for delays in receiving funds caused by your bank or e-wallet provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.

If jjl3 has reasonable grounds to believe that a withdrawal request is related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the withdrawal will be suspended pending investigation. jjl3 will not be liable for any financial inconvenience resulting from a legitimate investigation hold.

6 Betting, Gaming Rules, and Void Bets

All bets and game rounds played on jjl3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market involved. Game-specific rules are made available within each game or betting market interface. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule takes precedence for that game only.

jjl3 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure during a game round that prevents a fair outcome from being determined.
• Evidence that a bet was placed using exploited software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Clearly erroneous odds or prices posted due to a system or human error.
• Bets placed by accounts identified as acting in collusion.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance. No winnings will be paid on voided bets.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jjl3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion has its own terms, including eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, and an expiry period. These specific terms will be stated clearly at the time the promotion is offered.

Bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other methods will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• jjl3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw a promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

jjl3 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotional offer at any time. Promotional content on third-party websites does not constitute an offer by jjl3 unless the offer is confirmed in your account.

8 Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your jjl3 login credentials — including your username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact jjl3 support immediately through the email address listed on this site.

jjl3 uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to protect account access and transactions. However, you remain responsible for the security of the device and network you use to access the platform. jjl3 is not liable for losses that occur as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjl3 and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one account.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Attempting to defraud jjl3 or other players through any method.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

jjl3's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjl3 platform — including but not limited to the logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of jjl3 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from jjl3.

13 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your jjl3 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that no outstanding investigations or holds are in place.

jjl3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud, prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the jjl3 platform. Any disputes arising from your use of jjl3 that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts as determined by jjl3's operating entity. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
